Advokatfirman Kahn Pedersen contributes to report on the use of blockchain in real estate transactions

Advokatfirman Kahn Pedersen has through Johan Kahn and Emma Jarkell contributed to a project aiming to explore the opportunities arising with blockchain as a technical solution for real estate transactions. The parties in the project are the Swedish Land Registry, Kairos Future, Telia, ChromaWay, Landshypotek Bank and SBAB. Advokatfirman Kahn Pedersen has investigated the legal aspects on the use of blockchain technology in commercial transactions.
