Advokatfirman Kahn Pedersen new member of the Outsourcing Law Group

As the first and only Swedish law firm, Advokatfirman Kahn Pedersen has been elected into the global specialist network Outsoucing Law Group (www.outsourcinglawgroup.com). Outsourcing Law Group consists of six leading law firms for legal advice in connection with outsourcing, covering major jurisdictions in Europe, USA and Asia. Participating firms include among others Morrison Foerster (USA, UK and Asia), Gorrissen Federspiel (Denmark) and Kennedy Van der Laan (the Netherlands). The purpose of Outsourcing Law Group is to meet global clients’ need of legal advice in cross-border outsourcing deals. The network also actively conducts knowledge-sharing activities and development of best-practices.
