Protective Security
Protective security involves the protection of information and entities that are vitally important to Sweden's national security and which need to be protected against espionage, sabotage, terrorist acts, and certain other crimes that may threaten national security. These entities include, among others, companies and public authorities that are active in the defense, judiciary, energy and water supply, telecommunications, banking and insurance, and transport sectors. The key elements of protective security are information security, physical security, and personnel security.
We have developed models that provide organizations with tools to assess whether they are subject to the protective security legislation and that give legal advice on the measures that need to be taken to ensure the need for protective security. We also help our clients with classified procurements, protective security agreements, and regulatory matters.
